Rather than provide a one-size-fits-all model, StreamServe offers a program structure with distinct partnership categories that relate to the value they add. Specifically, StreamServe offers different categories of partnership to fit the business models of Partners including: Consulting Partners, Solution Partners and Re-seller Partners. 

StreamServe Consulting Partners
StreamServe Consulting Partners provide a range of services in connection with StreamServe implementations, including:

  • Business process redesign
  • End user training
  • Project management
  • Systems integration
  • Systems administration training
  • Industry solution market consulting

Each StreamServe Consulting Partner commits to train consultants to deliver cost-effective, powerful, repeatable solutions built around StreamServe applications. StreamServe Consulting Partners commit to work with StreamServe sales representatives and technical account managers to deliver only the highest-quality solutions to joint StreamServe–partner customers.

StreamServe Solution Partners
StreamServe Solution Partners are independent software companies that provide software applications and products that interoperate with StreamServe applications. Software Partners may offer back-office systems such as enterprise resource planning (ERP), materials resource planning (MRP), and supply chain management (SCM); enterprise application integration (EAI) middleware; computer telephony integration (CTI) middleware; system and network management applications; industry-specific market solutions such as telecom billing and provisioning; and other kinds of solutions.

All StreamServe Solution Partners must build and validate product integrations with StreamServe applications. The StreamServe Validation Program drives the integration of software products and applications with StreamServe applications and validates the technical readiness of the integrated solution. For customers and Consulting Partners, the “StreamServe Validated” logo ensures more rapid implementation schedules, extensible/customisable solutions, and higher overall customer satisfaction.
 
StreamServe Re-seller Partners
StreamServe Re-seller Partners offer StreamServe solutions as stand alone products without bundling other software or significant services around the solution.

Re-seller Partners must have at least one member of staff that has attended the 2 day StreamServe Positioning course.
