StreamServe help you optimize the distribution and delivery of content in print environments and messaging environments. The monitoring is performed behind the scenes and the status is presented in user friendly consoles.
Management Applications To provide the user with end-to-end tracking of content flow in a distributed printing environment, StreamServe monitors the complete print environment, which can be organized according to the unique business structures within an organization.
Through an easy-to-use interface, StreamServe provides basic spooling functions, such as managing printer status, job status and reliable notification of job completion.
The Management application focuses primarily on print environments where assured delivery is crucial. It is flexible, scalable and supports key printing protocols such as PCL and Postscript/ PDF, and printers from a variety of manufacturers using industry standards such as PJBL, IPP and SNMP.
Spool Management StreamServe also provides integration to leading spool management systems such as IBM Infoprint Manager, Macro4 and HP Dazel. These vendors provide assured delivery of print jobs, and management of print devices in enterprise-wide distributed printing environments as well as in high-volume production printing environments.
Message Management StreamServe integrates seamlessly to enterprise messaging middleware like IBM WebSphere MQ and Microsoft MSMQ. This allows StreamServe to take part in end-to-end business processes that are exposed as services and interconnected by ESB (Enterprise Service Bus).
Operator Console The Operator console is a graphical interface that allows the administrator to deploy projects in various environments; development, test and production. It also allows the administrator to monitor the production environment. The monitoring alerter allows automatic issues-alert notifications via email or SMS in case of failure.
