StreamServe Offshore Services allow customers to receive high quality
project delivery from Professional Services at a lower cost. Projects
specifically suited for this approach are larger implementations, standardized
maintenance work and project upgrades. The offshore work practice is setup
to fit the StreamServe project management processes.
Typically, a local lead consultant is onsite coordinating the project
while the main part of the work is carried out remotely using our standardized
work process. The Offshore Framework consists of two main parts: the work
package and the build package. The work package defines the project scope,
and the build package compiles the delivery for deployment at customer
site.
