StreamServe is looking for an experienced senior consultant with strong project
management and organizational skills to join the Professional Services team
in the Americas, at the Burlington, MA headquarters. The main responsibilities
will be to manage multiple implementations, ensure on-time and in-budget delivery,
and coordinate weekly customer status reports and meetings. Internal responsibilities
will include coordination with project resources and project management office.
Responsibilities:
- Work with a technically advanced development product, which is very flexible
in the way it can be applied
- Use technical skills to acquire strong product knowledge of the StreamServe
products and its implementation and configuration aspects
- Work with customer business and technical teams to document and scope project
requirements
- Put together implementation plans, project plans, SOWs (Statement of Works)
- Work with Microsoft Project and internal project tracking tools
- Routine coordination with internal PMO (Project Management Office) to ensure
best-practices and completion of internal project documentation
- Routine communication with customers, providing status reports and necessary
project metrics
- Clear documentation and presentation skills
- Ensure weekly time and expense reporting on a per project basis
- Work in Windows and UNIX/Linux environments, incorporating databases (SQL
Server, Oracle, DB2)
- Handle multiple customer implementations simultaneously, providing organized
and timely responses and deliverables
- Hands-on technical project implementation work on an as-needed basis
- Travel to customer sites as needed – 75%
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information
Technology (or computer-related education or experience) is a must
- Minimum 8 years working experience in software implementations
- Strong project management skills – project management certification
preferred
- Experience working with Microsoft Project
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and documentation skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills – ability to
meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Ability to work and communicate with all levels of customer personnel from
business to technical to executive teams
- Experience in any of the following required: Windows, UNIX/Linux, SQL Server,
Oracle, DB2, scripting (e.g. Java, SQL-based scripting)
- Detailed knowledge in the following areas preferred: XML, ERP (enterprise
systems – SAP preferred), public protocols (HTTP, FTP), web applications
- Working experience in programming/programming concepts
- Team player, while being self-motivated to learn and gain knowledge quickly

join StreamServe’s Support team in the Americas, at the Burlington, MA
headquarters. The main responsibilities will be to provide proactive and reactive
technical support to our customers. This will include web based, email, and
phone support to customers, partners and internally.
Responsibilities:
- Work with a technically advanced development product, which is very flexible

- Thorough analysis of customer queries, at times resulting in duplicating
customer environments to troubleshoot with accuracy
- Become an "application expert", meaning that one will acquire
a broad knowledge of the StreamServe products and its implementation and configuration
aspects
- Work in Windows and UNIX/Linux environments, incorporating databases (SQL
Server, Oracle, DB2)
- Problem resolution from initial contact to full completion, ensuring full
customer satisfaction
- Communication with customers and partners for maintaining a professional
and respectful working relationship to every type of audience
- Clear documentation of customer cases and explanations for problem solving,
as well as for internal product enhancements and product fixes
- Handle multiple customer cases simultaneously, providing organized, timely

Inside Sales (English, Swedish, German, and Dutch speaking positions)

Key Responsibilities:
(A) Development of Existing Customers
- Verify customer, product and license information
- Ensure customers are in compliance, if not, sell additional licenses
- Identify incremental sales opportunities within customer base by cross selling and up selling
- Position and sell training to customers
- Facilitate renewals of licenses that have lapsed
- Facilitate customer issues by utilizing other functional areas as appropriate
(B) Meet and Exceed Performance Objectives
- Increase revenue by selling new licenses, additional modules and training services
- Maintain level of metrics including call volume, email, and revenue objectives
- Design calling strategies and execute tactical call plans that meet and exceed expectations
- Solicit feedback regarding customer satisfaction
- Communicate with management regarding customer successes and challenges
- Obtain referrals from customers
(C) Pipeline Development, Sales Process and Database Integrity
- Log all pertinent data into Salesforce.com. Maintain and improve the accuracy of the StreamServe customer database.
- Reliably forecast business to accurately predict revenue goals and build a consistent pipeline
- Adhere to all current sales methodologies and processes
- Track and record marketing programs. Provide feedback on quality of leads and input for new marketing programs.
- Maintain current knowledge of StreamServe’s products and solutions
- Work collaboratively with field reps, partners and technical resources to drive sales transactions
Experience Needed:
- Minimum 2 years in a sales, business development, maintenance renewals or customer service position in a technical environment and via the phone
- Experience in Enterprise solutions is a plus
- Fluent in English (or Swedish, Dutch, German plus English).
- 3rd level or relevant experience is required
Other Skills and Abilities:
- The ideal candidate will be committed to ongoing professional growth in a sales role
- Comfortable with spending extensive time talking with customers on the phone
- Superior verbal and written communication skills are necessary

Solutions Engineer
StreamServe is looking for a talented Solutions Engineer to assist the North American Sales team in pre-sales activities. In this position you will help the Sales team identify and qualify sales leads, assist in the preparation of RFP’s, gather on-site information for identifying valid ROI cases and prepare/present demos that highlight the proposed solution(s) to prospects. This position requires solid technical skills and excellent communication and presentation skills.
Requirements:
