BURLINGTON, Mass., USA – July 13, 2009 – StreamServe, Inc., a leading provider of business communication solutions, today announced that independent research firm, Forrester Research, Inc., positions StreamServe as a “strong performer” across all categories in its June 2009 report, “The Forrester Wave™: Document Output for Customer Communications Management (DOCCM), Q2 2009.”
Forrester defines DOCCM as software used to compose, format, personalize and distribute content to support physical and electronic customer communications and improve the customer experience. Examples of customer communications include policies, contracts, correspondence, statements, invoices, personalized marketing materials and welcome kits. The DOCCM market is segmented into structured, interactive and on-demand categories. StreamServe is one of the vendors in the report positioned consistently as a “strong performer” in all three of these segments.
Forrester states in its report that “StreamServe has an open and flexible front end with strong post composition, output management, and production management. It’s a dominant player in the energy, utility, and supply chain segments, and also has strength and a growing presence in financial services.” The report also states that “StreamServe excels at integrating DOCCM into structured and enterprise apps to leverage their work processing…”
