Aditro creates intelligent business documents |
Aditro, a result of the merge between Tradimus and Personec, has signed an agreement with StreamServe. Using StreamServe to produce intelligent documents gives Aditro the ability to provide new services to their customers. Both the information and the format of the intelligent documents are tailored to the identity and preferences of the recipient. Experiences from other StreamServe customers show that these capabilities make it possible to increase revenues by 300 percent.
“This initiative is based on customer demand. With StreamServe we are able to create intelligent documents that combines information from several sources”, says Peter Sahlin, Director, Document Automation at Aditro. “Take the invoice as an example - our customers now receive personalized messages based on purchase history or other criteria that our customers feel are important. The documents are distributed on paper or electronically, based on the end customers’ preferences.
Aditro will provide completely new solutions in the information logistics market. For example, customers will be able to do color printing for portions of the document instead of only choosing between black and white or color printing. This means greater freedom of choice and lower prices.
Aditro manages over 300 million complex services and business processes within customer service, logistics, document management, administration and IT.
“Our goal is to start new services and add 30 new customers before the end of the year. We would never have made the investment if we were not sure that it would pay back within a year. The main drivers though, are the anticipated revenue increase and the ability to improve customer service”, Peter Sahlin continues.
StreamServe helps Aditro to meet customer demands by giving better design capabilities, providing electronic archiving, and document distribution in both paper based and electronic communication channels.
“Choosing StreamServe and Enterprise Document Presentment was an obvious decision”, says Peter Sahlin. “StreamServe’s “open document design” vision matches our vision for what we want to provide to our customers. This is as important as the application itself. The open document design vision is about using leading design tools to create business documents, printing and distributing in high volumes, and in any format and channel.”
