Customer Conference 2009

SURG and StreamServe have once again organized the yearly customer conference, this time with the theme: ”the New Era of Customer Communications”.

We had the pleasure of listening to many interesting presentations. Siemens Financial Services told the story about getting rid of word templates and instead managing customer correspondence through StreamServe. SSAB showed us how they have worked to implement e-invoicing and steadily increase the share of electronic invoices, with Poland taking the lead. Göteborg Energi talked about full color print, and Kaha gave an interesting example of how a large number of different document types from different systems and in various formats give an efficient information flow that supports the logistics processes.

We are very happy that you chose to share your knowledge and experiences – either on stage or just networking with other customers.

Just over 94% of those responding to the evaluation questionnaire thought that this years’ conference met their expectations well or very well. Almost as many thought that the presentations overall were relevant or very relevant.

Almost 94% state that they probably or definitely will attend again next year.

To make the conference even more relevant next time many respondents request more product focused presentations and more workshops or other interactive presentations. Almost all respondents thought that the amount of business presentations was appropriate.
