ABB handles secure e-invoices across Europe

ABB needed to improve its existing invoicing process by adding support for secure e-invoices within the ABB group. StreamServe Enhanced Security was implemented, and ABB is now able to send and receive secure e-invoices, and receive supplier invoices electronically, all over Europe.

ALD Automotive: Extended e-invoice information gives a competitive edge

ALD Automotive is the leading operational leasing company in Finland and one of the largest leasing companies in Europe. With StreamServe ALD can automatically accommodate customer demands for invoice specifications and customer unique accounting information.

TDC, which has 16,000 employees, is Denmark's largest telecom service provider with 15 million customers in Denmark and the rest of Europe. TDC sends out about 45 million documents annually and the company is continuously looking for ways to improve customer service, automate procedures and run a lean operation. Norwegian company Lindorff operates in the Nordics and the Baltic states. Bravida cut customer support calls

Skanska strengthens its customer communication

Skanska comprises almost twenty separate business units, each with its own ERP system. It was imperative that they implement a uniform information structure that could facilitate communication between their business units as well as with customers and suppliers. StreamServe provided a solution, facilitating a more uniform work process, and promoting the integration of internal and external information flows. StreamServe also reduced handling time for Oracle® documents by 50%, and cut the time it took to create a new report template from 14 days to three days.

Automated electronic handling and distribution of 1.3 million NCC invoices

The construction and real estate company NCC invests further in StreamServe EDP. "StreamServe converts incoming paper invoices into electronic documents which means that we have access to a digital version that can automatically be transferred to our business system and used in the approval process,” said NCC System Administrator Dennis Persson. “Manual handling of invoices is so costly we believe that StreamServe has the potential to save us millions of crowns.”

The real estate company Wallenstam improves customer service by using StreamServe EDP to create customer communication based on information from several different applications. "With StreamServe EDP we provide better service as we can offer our customers communication in the format and channel they prefer", said Thomas Envall, IT Project Manager at Wallenstam. "StreamServe is a very strong tool for converting data from our internal systems and creating business documents that can be distributed physically or electronically through all communication channels."
