Skanska strengthens its customer communication
Skanska comprises almost twenty separate business units, each with its own ERP system. It was imperative that they implement a uniform information structure that could facilitate communication between their business units as well as with customers and suppliers. StreamServe provided a solution, facilitating a more uniform work process, and promoting the integration of internal and external information flows. The construction and real estate company NCC invests further in StreamServe EDP. "StreamServe converts incoming paper invoices into electronic documents which means that we have access to a digital version that can automatically be transferred to our business system and used in the approval process,” said NCC System Administrator Dennis Persson. “Manual handling of invoices is so costly we believe that StreamServe has the potential to save us millions of crowns.”
