StreamServe Adds Charles Boesenberg and Steven Feldman to Board of Directors

New board members offer a wealth of experience in positioning technology businesses for rapid growth

BURLINGTON, Mass. – November 23, 2009 – StreamServe, Inc., a leading provider of business communication solutions, announced today that Charles M. Boesenberg and Steven H. Feldman have been appointed to the company’s board of directors. In their new roles, Boesenberg and Feldman will leverage their vast business management experience in leading StreamServe’s strategies for rapid growth and profitability within the marketplace.

Mr. Boesenberg currently serves on the board of Callidus Software, Keynote Systems, Rackable Systems and Ancestry.com. He has also previously served on the boards of Symantec, Maxtor and Interwoven. Mr. Boesenberg has served as CEO and chairman of the board of NetIQ Corporation; president and CEO of Integrated Systems Inc; and has held senior executive level positions at companies including Magellan Corporation, Central Point Software, Apple Computer, Data General and IBM.  He holds a MS in Business Administration from Boston University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.

Mr. Feldman is currently chairman of the AGI GeoCommunity conference. Most recently, he served as director of business development (EMEA) for Pitney Bowes (EMEA) and managing director for MapInfo UK.  Previously, Mr. Feldman held senior management roles with Graphical Data Capture, Ltd. (GDC), whereonearth.com, Environmental Technology Research, as well as Pilkington plc and Heywood Williams plc. Mr. Feldman holds an extensive knowledge of public sector IT, particularly with local government and emergency services, as well as in the insurance and utility sectors.
