Swedish Postal Service - Posten

The Swedish Postal Service (Posten) has more than 40,000 employees and about €2.5 billion in revenues. They wanted to provide more electronic services for business clients, but that necessitated integrating disparate ERP systems into Posten’s SAP® system.

Posten provided licenses to StreamServe Enterprise Document Presentment to their customers, and that enabled them to send messages in any format. 

The result has been increased business, improved customer service, reduction in lead time for production of document templates, and enhanced SAP functionality.
