When Oklahoma Gas & Electric (OG&E) implemented their new SAP® R/3 system, the company knew it needed a business communication platform that could integrate with its enterprise application to facilitate the billing process.

OG&E provides utility services to nearly 700,000 customers throughout Oklahoma and western Arkansas. OG&E needed to provide quick access to customer documentation, transfer billing information to EDI format, and print multi-page bills.
