Intentia and StreamServe are integrating StreamServe's platform 4.0 for business
communication with Movex Java version 12.4. This gives businesses new
possibilities for sending and receiving digital invoices.
Movex Java was launched in 2003 and is already
operating successfully at a large number of companies. The open-ended Java
environment is technically friendlier to the different hard- and software
setups.
- We've upgraded Movex to Java primarily for two reasons, says Henrik Billgren,
CTO Intentia. Adopting the system to our growing business will be easier and
faster, and the total cost will be lower, thanks to improved integration with
other systems.
Today more than 1100 Movex customers use StreamServe.
The integration of the products makes it easier for shared customers to transfer
investments to the Java version through tailor made documents and reports, says
Hans Otterling, CEO StreamServe .
All in all Movex contains more than 900 templates for purchasing, storing,
billing and accounting.
- Through an add-on, our customers can also send digital invoices, a solution
more frequently sought by companies in their quest to minimize costs, Christian
Hadenius continues.
- It's important for our customers that Movex supports the business as we grow
together, says Henrik Billgren at Intentia in closing. StreamServe offers the
best solution for printed and digital communication. With Movex Java the
customers get the latest technology for traditional and online businesses,
maximizing their competitive edge and scalability.
