Etter en fantastisk sommer er vi i gang igjen! I dette nyhetsbrevet setter vi fokus på StreamServes internasjonale virksomhet. LIVE CUSTOMER CASE: AGIS

Agis Health Insurance is among the leading health insurance companies in Holland. Agis has 1600 employees and 1.2 million customers. To improve customer friendliness and maintain its strong position in a competitive and liberalized health insurance market Agis turned to StreamServe. Bertjan Teunissen explains that an insurance company is like a big paper factory and that the documents Agis produced sometimes looked very old fashioned and were not particularly customer friendly. With StreamServe EDP Agis can communicate more clearly, with personalized messages that at the same time have consistent branding. For the customers this means getting the information they need, presented in a manner that makes it easy to understand. Agis gains flexibility, control, lower cost and a more customer friendly approach.

OZ EXPANDS E-BUSINESS AND IMPROVES CUSTOMER SERVICE

The Dutch company OZ uses StreamServe EDP and IBM software to become one of the country's top three most cost-efficient health insurance providers. "The StreamServe-IBM solution has been important to us in a number of ways," says Bob van Eijk, the systems administrator of OZ's Information and Communications Department. "It has enabled us to expand our e-business initiatives, improve customer service, and significantly reduce costs." OZ implemented an automated workflow system using IBM Content Management software, IBM Lotus Notes and StreamServe EDP for the digital creation, assembly and presentment of documents. The results include savings of $100,000 annually in reduced printing, distribution and storage costs, simplified regulatory compliance, and improved customer service and Web self-service. "StreamServe and IBM have helped us succeed in a very competitive environment", Bob van Eijk states.
