Why do I have an invoice from you?
- Movex Output Management, developed by StreamServe, is an integral part of your Lawson M3 solution. StreamServe has worked with Lawson to improve our partnership, customer support, and value to customers, with the ability to work directly with StreamServe to receive support on StreamServe specific issues. The total obligation and cost remains unchanged, you have been billed directly by StreamServe portion of your support agreement. Both the Lawson and STRS support invoices need to be paid in order to maintain Lawson (and STRS) support.

Who do I contact if I have billing questions?
- Should you have any questions regarding the enclosed invoice, please contact StreamServe at +46.8.686.85.01 or email us at customerservice@streamserve.com.
- StreamServe will accept the charges for making a cross-border payment from the territories where we have not established a local bank account. Please instruct your bank accordingly when making the payment.

How do I change billing information such as billing address or contacts etc.?

What changes in support for me?
- Beginning January 1, all customers registered and current on their maintenance contract will have:
- Access to the StreamServe Support web site, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. - Access to search a comprehensive Solutions Knowledge Database. - The ability to submit and track incidents via the StreamServe Support web site. - The ability to request support via e-mail or by telephone.
This ensures that you receive quick turnarounds for support and service, with direct access to StreamServe skills and expertise, not only for product related issues, but also enhanced functionality and optimal use of your StreamServe/Movex Output Management solution.
What if I am not sure if an issue is related to Lawson or StreamServe?
- You always have the option of calling Lawson support. Lawson will continue to maintain both M3 and StreamServe technical expertise, and you have continued uninterrupted and complete access to that support channel as well.

You will have a separate invoice for the STRS portion of your M3 product, as well as the additional option to access STRS support and expertise.

Is my support becoming more expensive or cheaper now?
- There is no change in functionality or overall support cost involved in this change. You will have a separate invoice for the STRS portion of your M3 product, as well as the additional option to access STRS support and expertise.
Can I cancel STRS support?
- Movex Output Management, developed by StreamServe, is an integral part of your Lawson M3 solution, as such it is part of your M3 licensing and support. There is no change in functionality or overall support cost involved in this change. You will have a separate invoice for the STRS portion of your M3 product, as well as the additional option to access STRS support and expertise. It cannot be cancelled separately from Lawson M3 support. Failure to pay for the embedded STRS product may jeopardize your total Lawson M3 support.
- If you decide to discontinue your Lawson M3 support, you can still choose to retain support from STRS your StreamServe products.
Can I use StreamServe with other applications than Lawson?
- No. Movex Output Management, developed by StreamServe, is an integral part of your Lawson M3 solution, as such it is part of your M3 licensing and support, as such its licensed is bound for usage with M3. However, STRS is an open product and works with a broad range of integration standards and formats and offers a variety of prebuilt and well as custom connectivity. Where and how can I buy additional users?
- To license additional users contact Lawson.
- If the customer is also interested in purchasing additional modules, they will need to purchase the modules directly from StreamServe. StreamServe can work with the local Lawson region to coordinate as needed.
