Knowledge is the key component in implementing quality StreamServe solutions that will give you the results you are looking for. For 2008, it is the objective of StreamServe University to maximize the worldwide level of knowledge and get you up to speed with the latest developments. We want you to be in charge, know what your software can do, and of course how. With Persuasion much new functionality was introduced, and Correspondence Management expands it even further. Because knowledge is the key component in StreamServe solutions, we want to make sure we meet all your knowledge needs as soon as they arise.
A sneak peek under the hood of StreamServe University’s activities shows that we are currently designing and developing new workshops. In addition to our existing quality course curriculum, we will start introducing workshops delivered locally by global experts. Topics will vary from the new Correspondence Manager functionality to Post Processing, Electronic Invoicing, Persuasion Migration, and more depending on the region and knowledge needs.
The workshops will be designed to provide you with a solid basic understanding of new or advanced possibilities with StreamServe. Prerequisite levels, like the topics, vary from (business) users to technical specialists. Most technical workshops require a basic understanding of the StreamServe product, and in order to keep the workshops compact, are specifically designed for certified professionals.
