Dennis Ladd is the CEO of StreamServe. He previously served as Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, as well as, President of StreamServe North America.
Prior to StreamServe, Mr. Ladd was Vice President of Research and Development for Component Software, a provider of Internet integration technologies for enterprise resource planning systems. He also was one of the early members of the SAP R/3 product development team, and spent a number of years with SAP development in Germany. He also participated in the successful rollout of the R/3 technology in North America. |

Ulf Kasshag Chief Financial Officer |

Ulf Kasshag joined StreamServe as chief financial officer in 2000. Mr. Kasshag also has been employed by StreamServe AB as its finance director since December 1999.
Prior to StreamServe, Mr. Kasshag was finance manager and business support controller for the Nordic operations of Electronic Data Systems (EDS). From 1995 to 1998 Mr. Kasshag served as director of corporate audit for EDS Europe, Middle-East, and Africa, where he managed two financial audit groups and one operational audit group.
From 1992 to 1995, Mr. Kasshag served as the European Finance Director for Borland International, Inc., where he oversaw all financial, administrative, and operational issues for Borland's European subsidiaries. Mr. Kasshag holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Stockholm and a degree in technology from the Rinman School of Technology in Eskilstuna, Sweden. |

Lars Granelli Chief Technology Officer/Evangelist |

Lars Granelli joined StreamServe in 1997 as one of its first employees and has since worked several prominent positions. He began his tenure with StreamServe as a Software Engineer, Product Architect and Product Manager until he was named a Solution Engineer/Presale Manager in the US from 2004 to 2006, where he worked closely with Sales on enterprise accounts.
In 2006, Mr. Granelli was elevated to the position of Vice President of Product Management. He is currently the company's Chief Technology Officer and also acts as its Evangelist in broadening StreamServe's technology and visibility within the market.
Mr. Granelli has been active in the software business since 1987 (working for two startups as a software engineer) and also holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology. |

John Rueter Chief Marketing Officer |

John Rueter oversees corporate marketing, product marketing, customer care, and other related global marketing activities for StreamServe. Mr. Rueter brings over twenty years of increasingly responsible positions in marketing, sales, and general management in the B2B information services. Prior to joining StreamServe, Mr. Rueter served as senior vice president of global marketing for Fast Search & Transfer, one of Europe’s fastest growing technology companies, and the world leader in enterprise search solutions.
Additionally, Mr. Rueter was chief marketing officer of Innovia, a marketing service and technology solutions firm that provided customized web events for professional marketers in the Global 2000. He also served as division manager of corporate markets at RoweCom, and general manager of Sixth Floor Media, a startup software unit of the Houghton Mifflin Company.
Mr. Rueter holds an MBA with a concentration in marketing and management policy from the Boston University Graduate School of Management, and an AB from Harvard College with a major in Modern European History. |

Ronald Tetteroo Senior Vice President of Business Development |

Ronald serves as SVP of Business Development at StreamServe. In this capacity he is responsible for strategic alliance initiatives, discovering new market opportunities and developing innovative relationships that deliver new revenue streams to StreamServe
Prior to StreamServe, Ronald served as a member of Watchfire’s executive team where he opened key accounts and hired the team as VP Europe, the Middle East and Asia leading up to the successful sale of Watchfire to IBM
A native of The Netherlands, Ronald holds a masters degree in business economics and international marketing from Erasmus University in Rotterdam. He is fluent in four languages and brings 18 years of IT industry experience to StreamServe. Ronald also co-founded and played the drums in the Hermes House Band, which produced a number 1 hit record in Europe and sold over 4 million records. He was finalist for the Smithsonian Innovation in Technology Award in 1990, in recognition for his visionary use of information technology in business and related services and Apple Gold Award winner in 1989. |

Rob Rae Senior Vice President of Worldwide Direct Sales |

Robert Rae is the Senior Vice President of W/W Direct Sales for StreamServe. He previously served as Vice President of Strategic Global Accounts, and prior to that, General Manager of StreamServe North America.
Following graduation from Babson College in 1977 with a degree in finance, Mr. Rae joined NCR Corporation selling mini-computer based business solutions to the manufacturing market in New England. Prior to StreamServe, he spent 10 years as Global Account Executive, SAP America. In this role he contributed to SAP America’s explosive revenue growth from 1994 to 2003 with accounts including Eastman Kodak Company, Digital Equipment, Thermo Electron, and Raytheon. He has over 30 years of sales leadership in the ERP market. |

Petter Eriksson Vice President Engineering |

Petter Eriksson was appointed Vice Ppresident of Engineering in 2005 after serving as director of product delivery for 5 years and earlier as product manager for StreamServe. He is responsible for running the R&D operations delivering products to the market.
Prior to StreamServe, Mr. Eriksson worked for WM-data where he focused on the development of an ERP system called Raindance. He started as a developer, moving over to product management for the communication module. Other roles included implementation consultant and project manager for the overall development and release projects. In 1996 he worked closely with StreamServe ensuring the software connection between the two products.
Mr. Eriksson holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Gothenburg. |

Arno Jellema Vice President Product Management |

Arno Jellema is the Vice President of Product Management, responsible for the StreamServe product portfolio. Since joining StreamServe in 2000, Mr. Jellema has served as Director of Product Management, Principal Sales Consultant and Professional Services Manager.
Prior to StreamServe, Mr. Jellema was employed as a software developer specializing in applying new technology. Following this, he joined a fulfillment organization, transforming and growing it to a print shop and automation company. He also jointly held and managed a private software company that developed Internet-based applications for large enterprises. Mr. Jellema is an advocate and contributor to several projects in the Open Source community.
Mr. Jellema holds a degree in Computer Sciences at the Technical University, the Netherlands. |

Albert Kilcline Vice President Professional Services |

Albert Kilcline is Vice President of worldwide Professional Services for StreamServe. His responsibilities include managing StreamServe's global training and consulting organizations. Mr. Kilcline joined StreamServe as a technical consultant in 2000 before moving onto managing the Professional Services team in the America's for over 5 years.
Prior to joining StreamServe, Mr. Kilcline spent 5 years as a principal consultant at Atos Origin, implementing ERP systems for clients throughout the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. Mr. Kilcline began his career as a software engineer for Dendrite International, developing CRM applications for the pharmaceutical industry. Mr. Kilcline holds a BSc in computer science from University College Dublin, Ireland. |

Per Einarsson Co-Founder |

Per Einarsson co-founded StreamServe in 1995 and has served in several operational, management and executive roles at the company, including VP Alliances and Partners, as well as, Chief Technology Officer.
Prior to Streamserve, he served as Alliance manager in Canon’s Printer division. Per serves as a board member of several companies, including Stockholm based Easy Research and he holds a business degree from IHM business school in Stockholm, Sweden. |

Tina Santos General Counsel and Company Secretary |

Prior to joining StreamServe, Ms. Santos was a senior associate in the London office of Coudert Brothers, LLP. Her practice focused on public and private securities offerings, securities law compliance and general corporate matters. Previously, Ms. Santos served as an associate in the corporate securities and finance group at the Seattle, Washington firm of Perkins Coie, LLP.
Prior to attending law school, she worked for Lone Wolf Technologies, Corp, a Seattle-based start-up company, where she managed all financing related activities, investor relations and was Corporate Secretary to the Board of Directors.
Ms. Santos received her Juris Doctor with honors from the Seattle University School of Law in 2000 and graduated from the University of Puget Sound with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. |

Peter Skinner Chairman
Peter Skinner joined Apax Partners in 1994 to advise management teams of portfolio companies, helping them execute their plans, taking a line management role where needed.
During his time with Apax he has been Chairman of Pan Graphics, Tertio Telecom, Tertio SMS, Amphion and Digital Bridges, CEO of Tetrel and ESM, director of Bolero and Evolving Systems and has acted in an advisory role to several other companies.
Prior to joining Apax, he spent 10 years each with Plessey and ITT/STC in a variety of manufacturing roles, then 7 years with BT as Director of Manufacturing Operations, Director of Mobile Communications and GM of Customer Service for UK business customers.
Peter Skinner graduated from Aberdeen University with a degree in English.

Venture Capitalist, investor and the chairman of Pollex AS, privately owned Investment Company. Serves and has served as a board member of several growth companies as well as venture funds and investment companies since 1993. Experience from IPO processes, M&A, private placements, fund raising, due diligence, crisis management, general operation and strategic planning.

Lars-Ove Axelsson is a Partner at Easyresearch Scandanavia AB. He has co-founded two companies, including StreamServe in 1995. Gündor Rentsch Board of Directors
Mr. Gündor Rentsch has been a director of StreamServe since 1999. Since 1997, Mr. Rentsch has been a Senior Partner in ITP-Invest (Information Technology Partners) in Sweden, a venture capital company that focuses on information technology.
Mr. Rentsch is also a director of WM-data AB, Sectra AB, and SPCS-Gruppen ASA, all of which are Swedish IT companies listed on the OM Stockholm Exchange.
Prior to ITP-Invest, Mr. Rentsch was the chief executive officer of Owell AB. Mr. Rentsch holds an MBA from the University of Lund in Sweden.

John Olsen has served as a director since December 2005. Since 2004, Mr. Olsen has been a private investor. From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Olsen served as president and COO of Business Objects, a provider of business intelligence solutions. Before joining Business Objects, he was president and CEO of Marimba, Inc., a provider of Internet infrastructure management solutions, from July 2000 to October 2000.
From 1993 to 2000, Mr. Olsen served as president of the Design Realization Group of Cadence Design Systems, Inc. Prior to joining Cadence in 1993, Mr. Olsen held the position of partner, Strategic Services, at KPMG Peat Marwick. Mr. Olsen holds a Master of Science degree in Management Science from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University.
