Optimize your business processes
Many of us are now actively describing
business operations in terms of processes. Not
surprisingly, the latest survey from Gartner of
more than 1400 CIOs, shows that many companies
aim to increase their market share this year and
that the highest priority for top management is
to improve their business processes and to acquire
and retain customers.
The survey demonstrates that
CIOs are well aware of the business priorities
in 2007 and the necessity of contributing to the
overall goals, and delivering business value.
I would say that documents are a vital part of
business processes, constituting a representation
of the business data and a way to communicate
throughout the process. They can most definitively
support your efforts to promote sales and customer
retention.
As one of our customers pointed
out: “our every day business documents are
a powerful tool not only to present information
but to strengthen customer relations and increase
the value of your company.“ Processes also
involve your partners, suppliers and employees.
In this issue of StreamFlash you can learn what
we are doing with SAP for the Utility market.
Yours sincerely,
Chris
