DIREKTØREN HAR ORDET


Vi er sandsynligvis mange, der stadig må finde os i at modtage en masse information og tilbud, som overhovedet ikke passer til vores interesser eller indkøbsmønstre. Til gengæld er der heller ingen tvivl om, at personlig tilpasset kommunikation bliver mere og mere udbredt.

Værdien af kommunikationen

Det er ikke længere et spørgsmål om bare at tilføje modtagerens fornavn i et standardbrev. Det handler om for alvor at øge værdien af kommunikationen ved at skræddersy indholdet efter modtagerens behov. Jeg vil se kursudviklingen for netop mine aktier! Jeg vil vide, om der er specialtilbud på tjenester eller produkter i relation til noget, som jeg allerede har købt! Selv i B2B-sammenhæng bliver vigtigheden af kundetilpasset udformning og indhold stadig mere markant, ikke mindst som forudsætning for en så effektiv håndtering fra modtagerens side som muligt.

Anvendelse af eksisterende information

StreamServe Persuasion giver virksomheder mulighed for at anvende de kundeoplysninger, som allerede er til rådighed. Vi er glade for, at stadig flere StreamServe-kunder vælger Persuasion med henblik på at styrke deres kunderelationer og øge salget. Vi vil fortsætte med at udvikle vores applikationer til bedre at kunne skabe og vedligeholde indhold samt præsentere det i rette sammenhæng til rette modtager.

Det rette indhold, om end i mere standardiserede rammer, er også, hvad i e-fakturering drejer sig om. Hvis du er interesseret i e-fakturering, kan det anbefales at læse om NetCologne længere nede i nyhedsbrevet.

Vi har en brugerforening

Endelig vil jeg gerne slå et slag for StreamServes brugerforening, som er et glimrende forum, hvor du som kunde eller partner kan udveksle erfaringer med andre brugere af StreamServe. Gå ikke glip af brugerkonferencen senere i efteråret!

NetCologne: increased customer satisfaction with e-invoicing

NetCologne, a German telecom company, decided to move away from paper-based invoicing. With StreamServe EDP they got a flexible output management solution that could generate electronic invoices in multiple formats from a single process.
