DIREKTØREN HAR ORDET

Effektiv forretningskommunikation indebærer i dag, at design og distribution af forretningskritiske dokumenter skal kunne foregå uden begrænsninger. Det bør ikke være nødvendigt for at skulle vælge mellem effektivt designede eller personligt udformede dokumenter, du skal ikke være styret af, at du anvender forskellige IT-værktøjer, og du skal have samme fleksibilitet, uanset om det drejer sig om små eller store volumener.

Vor vision med "Open Document Design" er, at du som kunde skal kunne vælge, om du vil designe dokumenter med værktøj fra Adobe, Microsoft eller med StreamServes designværktøj, og derefter anvende StreamServe til at skabe og distribuere dokumenter i hvilken som helst kanal og format, i store volumener. Vort mål er også, at indholdet (content) ikke skal være knyttet til det dokument eller elektroniske format, hvor det først dukkede op (context), men at det kan genanvendes og præsenteres for modtageren på forskellige måder afhængig af sammenhængen.

Det er med stor glæde, at StreamServe nu har to løsninger, som er såkaldte SAP Endorsed Business Solutions, som vi har udviklet sammen med SAP. Løsningerne gør det nemt individuelt at tilpasse og konsolidere dokumenter samt producere og distribuere i store volumener. Vi har også otte forskellige, certificerede måder at kommunikere med SAP på.

SEB automates the invoicing process

SEB Finans was confronted with a challenge that most factoring companies will recognise and are working to resolve, i.e. to receive the customer’s billing information not as paper copies of the invoices, but in a simple and cost effective way.
