TOIMITUSJOHTAJAN TERVEHDYS!

Nykypäivänä tehokkaan business -viestinnän ehtona on, että liiketoimintakriittisten dokumenttien suunnittelu ja jakelu tapahtuu ilman rajoituksia. Tehokas dokumenttien suunnittelu ja persoonallinen muotoilu eivät saa olla toisiaan poissulkevia vaihtoehtoja. IT-työkalujen käyttö ei saa ohjata meitä, vaan viestinnän tulee olla joustavaa riippumatta siitä käsittelemmekö suuria vai pieniä määriä.

Me olemme toteuttaneet näkemyksemme dokumenttien helpommasta suunnittelusta "Open Document Design"-ratkaisun avulla. Asiakkaamme voivat käyttää haluamaansa dokumenttien suunnittelutyökalua, esim. Adobe, Microsoft tai StreamServe.

Suunnittelutyön jälkeen on helppo jatkaa dokumenttien jalostamista haluttuja jakelukanavia sekä dokumenttimuotoja käyttäen. Tavoitteenamme onkin, että sisältö (content) ei saa olla riippuvainen alkuperäisen dokumentin muodosta tai sähköisestä formaatista (context). Asiakirjaa tulee voida käyttää ja julkaista eri tavoin eri yhteyksissä. Tämä on nyt mahdollista, koska olemme siirtyneet palvelukeskeiseen arkkitehtuuriin (SOA).

Olemme juuri julkaisseet kaksi "SAP Endorsed Business Solutions" – ratkaisua. Nämä ratkaisut on kehitetty yhteistyössä SAP:in kanssa. Ne mahdollistavat dokumenttien räätälöinnin ja konsolidoinnin sekä suurien dokumenttimäärien tuottamisen ja jakelun. StreamServellä on jopa kahdeksan eri sertifioitua tapaa olla yhteydessä SAP-järjestelmän kanssa.

SEB automates the invoicing process

SEB Finans was confronted with a challenge that most factoring companies will recognise and are working to resolve, i.e. to receive the customer’s billing information not as paper copies of the invoices, but in a simple and cost effective way.
