Technical Consultant

Solutions Engineer

Job Description:
Based in our global HQ in Burlington, MA, the Solutions Engineer will support the sales/marketing/ partner efforts in the US. This person will be tasked with recognizing our clients’ business needs, interpreting them, and then producing solution design proposals.  This role will include:

• Mapping customer business process requirements and tech environment
• Architecting a solution using StreamServe
• Creating and installing a custom demo/POC
• Presenting that solution to a technical / business audience

Requirements:

• 5+ years of customer-facing technical experience in a pre-sales or consulting role
• Exp. Working with ERP, Output Management or related software technologies
• Previous experience working for an ERP enterprise software (SAP, Oracle, etc.) company, or their System Integrators, is a plus
• Ability to work in a highly dynamic sales environment
• BS in computer sciences or equivalent
• 2+ years of programming experience
• In-depth understanding of diverse enterprise software deployments
• 50% travel
  

Web Developer

Job Description:
Working closely with Marketing Communications and Product Marketing the Web Developer is responsible for all programming and development work on the company's public and private marketing web sites. Additional requirements include redevelopment of the intranet and developing html sales demos.

• Develop and enhance web sites and mini sites for multiple markets and different languages
• Redevelopment of internal intranet site; site architecture recommendations and rebuild
• Optimize site and page code for search engine rating optimization
• Create and update scripts to process forms more effectively and automate data collection
• Create html product demos
  

Requirements:

• 1- 3 years of interactive developer experience
• Degree or certification in demonstrated web authoring or programming tools
• Knowledge of C++, C Sharp programming, JavaScript, scripting, and HTML. Back-end programming skills essential
• Technical expertise with web development tools; content management systems, Macromedia Dreamweaver
• Hands-on experience building websites (provide url)
• Technical with the ability to problem solve
• Flash skills a plus
